Initially I came to Bethan Jones regarding my leg and back pain that I had suffered for the past 8 years

I felt there was no meaning to life and didn't have a friend in the world.

Since the Bach Remedies I feel much better and happier. I feel more able to cope and am in much less pain. The pain is nearly irradicated, my mobility has improved and has enabled me to regain my independance. I am now able to stand for longer periods and do my daily chores.

I back up the Bach remedy treatments with Yoga and eating organic food - a great combination
